The Project Manager is responsible for cultivating strategic partner relationships, developing new product, managing existing product performance, and supporting Clipper’s overall strategic goals and objectives. This role involves product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with sales and marketing to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. This individual will report to the Director of Product Development & Strategy and work closely across departments, including reservations, sales, and marketing teams.

Reports to: Vessel Superintendent
Location: Seattle, WA, Pier 69
Clipper Navigation is seeking a seasonal USCG DDE licensed engineer to sail on board our high speed catamaran vessels. This position is a seasonal part-time job, with guaranteed employment through September. Duties of the on-board engineer include monitoring, operation and if necessary, troubleshooting of various systems on the vessel. Knowledge of high speed diesels, HVAC, Hydraulics and Basic Electricity id desirable. Vessel operating engineer is supported by shore side engineering group and no overnight stays are required.
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Please note: this position is seasonal in nature, and employment is NOT expected to extend beyond the end of September.
A competitive hourly wage of $13.00 per hour plus commission and tips. All shifts begin and end at Pier 69 on the Seattle waterfront.
