Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Manager leads integrated digital, display and social advertising for FRS Clipper to help drive consumer engagement, online conversion optimization and sales. Role requires experience developing and executing hands-on management of digital advertising and strong knowledge and experience with analytics. The individual reports to the VP of Marketing.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy and execution of seasonal digital marketing campaigns (PPC, Display and Retargeting, Social and Native Advertising) with a strong emphasis on creative vision and data-driven strategy
  • Oversee and manage paid search consultant in daily management and optimization of paid search campaigns

The Product and Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the management of FRS Clipper’s product portfolio as well as leading coordination and management across B2B sales channels. This position requires exercising independent judgement to perform the responsibilities described below; and is integral to the overall success of the organization’s business strategy and goals. This individual will report directly to the Product & Account Manager.

Summary of Key Responsibilities (not limited to the following):

  • Supports daily account management and associated tasks related to all FRS Clipper product partnerships across hotel, tour and transportation partners encompassing daily communication and problem solving as well as product contracting and optimization
  • Works closely with internal Reservations and Onboard Agent teams to resolve product issues in a quick and efficient manner as the partner liaison
  • Supports management of room inventory and rates across hotel partners
  • Supports room inventory, rates, stop sell verification and product updates for all partners
  • Supports insurance certificate program with all partners
  • Supports internal and partner product training programs, ensuring Reservations and onboard agents are up to date on all products and activities sold by the company and partners are kept abreast of latest FRS Clipper product offerings

This position offers a fun, rewarding and challenging job, working on the water, and meeting new friends! Your primary job will involve high interaction with passengers, food service and tour sales, and being an all-around great host to our guests onboard the boat. This is a full-time, year-round position with benefits. Also, a great opportunity for student seasonal work, willing to commit to 3 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service onboard while creating amazing memories for our guests

Salary and Benefits:

$18.00-20.00 hourly base rate, plus commission.

**This is not a cold-calling position – you will be answering reservation phones and assisting guests in person.**

  • Take a high volume of calls from guests and create custom vacation packages and reservations
  • Provide outstanding customer service assisting guests in-person with reservations, ticketing, and check-in prior to travel
  • Inform guests about important rules and regulations for international travel and confirm identification and travel documents
