For over 25 years, we have been serving travelers from all over the world. We are located on Seattle's scenic waterfront at Pier 69.

Sales Intern

We are looking for an individual who has interest in pursuing a career within the hospitality industry. This position will offer an opportunity to be a part of a travel business, working within the Sales and Marketing Department.

Responsibilities Include:

Preparation of Group Itineraries and Proposals as assigned
Working directly with the Sales Department to generate new business in creative and unique ways
Assist with management of logistics for group travel
Work with Sales Department to deliver concierge checks on a bi-monthly basis
Other duties as assigned

Requirements Include:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs including Word and Excel
Knowledge of Act Database program helpful
Must have a valid driver’s license
Excellent driving record
Schedule must be flexible - some early mornings will be required to meet groups traveling
Upbeat personality
Ability to multi-task and work as a member of a cohesive team
Initiative for completing projects and moving on to the next project with minimal supervision
Ready and willing to learn!

Positions available for Spring and Summer Quarters
(Looking for 10-12 week commitment)
Hours are 8 AM to 5 PM – office located at Pier 69, Seattle (some early mornings will be required)
Part-time opportunity may also be available
No housing available
This is an unpaid, credit only internship – Parking or transit bus pass may be provided.
